We highly recommend Elite Concrete Restoration Inc. When Mark came to our home to give us an estimate for our foundation repairs, he was very calm and reassuring. After several other previous estimates from other companies (which had us stressed over their costly and complicated repairs), Mark took the time to explain everything without the alarmist approach other companies had. His integrity was evident from the start, and throughout his assessment, we quickly went from feeling overwhelmed to feeling much more relaxed. To top it off, his quote was considerably less than other companies. Then when the work started, Mark, Johnny, and John came to our home with great attitudes, professionalism, and sense of humours. They were extremely caring and courteous toward our pets and our home and were a pleasure to deal with. Even Johnny went out of his way to help us with some tasks that weren't part of the job. We are very happy with the repairs that were done and we are relieved to have found them. Unfortunately, too many other companies seemed as though they were taking advantage of our situation with repairs that would cost more than what our basement cost in the first place.
