We had a very bad infestation of Carpenter Ants inside and out. We spoke to this company on the phone explaining very clearly our problem and what we have observed of the ant activity in our home and the outside routine over months. Did liberal spray treatment and after 1 week of no ants, the ants came back.
Company came back for a spot treatment in areas I tried to mention.

When they arrived they did not investigate the problem completely. They did a liberal but fast spray treatment and after 1 week of no ants, the ants came back.
We tried calling them back as they guarantee 6 months and could not get ahold of them. I left a dozen messages with the lady secretary but the main person of contact did not call back. They then came back for a quick spot spray in areas I tried to mention. Unfortunately, the problem persisted very badly.

When they arrived, they did not even listen to anything we had to tell them about the ants, they did not investigate the problem, although dead and alive carpenter ants were right in front of them! They did a fast spray treatment and after 1 week of no ants the ants came back with a vengeance! Our problem became even worse!.
We tried calling them back as they guarantee 6 months and could not get ahold of them. I left a dozen messages with the lady secretary but no one called back.
All in all, they were not professional and did not take care of the problem.
