I did some research before calling Charles to service my gas fireplace. Charles was very professional and with no delay solved my fireplace problem. He not only solved the problem but my fireplace looks brand new after he replaced a switch and cleaned all parts. I will be using this company (Charles) again to put in a gas BBQ line in the spring.
