Hired Royal Crown to replace eavestroughs and downspouts based on positive reviews on Homestars. I guess I got the "B" team... Nothing worked.

Gap between the eavestrough and roof allowed water to leak through (they came back and fixed this).

Downspout crimped and stuffed into the city's drain, restricting water flow. I fixed that myself.

Y joint that was not assembled correctly so that virtually NO water could flow through. Water pours out everywhere when it rains. I have hired another company to come and redo Royal Crown's work.

In the fall of 2015, Eni @ Royal Crown aluminum was referred to us in the hope of re-doing the siding, eavestrough etc. on our house. From the initial phone conversation to numerous interactions by phone, in person and by e-mail, both Eni and Alex at royal crown have been outstanding in their customer service. Addressing our specific challenges took some time to come to a decision but all the while, Eni and Alex proved over and over again to be patient, supportive, encouraging and professional while offering acceptable solutions to our challenges. They were consistently available to discuss whatever questions needed answering and were incredibly re-assuring that the final outcome would be a positive one. Thanks to their genuine interest and consistent efforts, we decided to put Royal Crown to the challenge! The fine team of workers including Alex ( the demolition man ), Almer, Harris and Eddie, worked tirelessly to produce a finished product that was a total success. It was a pleasure to watch them working so conscientiously and respectfully and we appreciated the patience expressed to indulge our specific requests. The whole team worked so well together and they truly were not happy until we were. Mom and I are proud to be able to recommend Eni, Alex and the royal crown team for their fine work. We have received numerous compliments from family and neighbours on the completed work. It is such a pleasure to know that Royal Crown stands behind its promise to deliver a great product and to do it with pride. We are so very happy to promote your terrific company. We had hired someone to install our siding and it soon became evident that they had no clue and they were ill prepared to install this siding (or any other siding at all). We called Royal Crown and spoke with Dorian who came out and was very professional and timely on getting back to us with a quote. He also accommodated our very tight timeline. The day the crew showed up they were fully prepared and had read the instructions for the product install. They had to remove the work that was started by the other company I had hired to actually make things right. They were courteous and very capable of doing what they were hired to do. Dorian was a great project manager and was in contact with us at least 2 times a day and insured that the job was done well, on time and within budget. I would recommend them for any such work! They turned what could have been a complete disaster into a beautiful result.

Friendly, competent, thorough, and efficient.
Darius agonized over the details of laying out our board and batten cement siding (Hardy board) to minimize material costs but make sure the results (layout and colours) were aesthetically pleasing. The installers very carefully seamed the flashing between the new addition and existing house and installed all flashing and downspouts. The results are very pleasing and well constructed.

We needed to replace the eavestrough, soffit and fascia of our home, which included the main house, front porch, back mud room and garage (only the eaves on the garage). Dorian at Royal Crown came by right away to view the project and provided us our quote in a timely manner. Dorian was great to deal with and made the entire process worry free. The crew came by and was done in about 2 days, and cleaned up after themselves. As we are waiting to have our front porch updated, Royal Crown was also agreeable to come back to complete this aspect of the project. The new soffit, faschia and eaves look fantastic.

My house is always very cold in the winter and I was told that sealing the house from the outside would help. My house was due for an update so I got in touch with Royal Crown Aluminum after my neighbor highly recommended them.

The process went smoothly from the initial estimate to the day of installation. I decided to get vinyl siding with added insulation to aid my winter chills. The boys did an amazing job and even put capping around my windows.
