Replacement of existing downspouts and adding new eavestroughs
We had some of our downspouts that fell down in a recent storm and others that were leaking based on how they had been installed by the builder 10 years ago. I hired Royal Crown based on their homestar reviews and prompt response to my inquiry. Tom visited our home to provide a quote and guided me through some recommendations. I must admit I was a little surprised at the quote, but when I asked a few questions, it was clear to me it was not unreasonable. Basically putting up eaves-troughs isn't a one man job. The work was done on a Saturday, the crew arrived, the lead walked me through the job, he made some excellent recommendations and a couple of hours later the job was done. The work was outstanding, and they left the site as they had found it, taking away all the old guttering. I had asked the guys to nail in a bit of the soffiting that was loose. I never thought about it again, even when I walked through the completed job. The guys were gone about an hour, when I had a knock on the door. They had come back to knock the few nails in they forgot. That's great service and I would definitely buy from this firm again!
Billing was painless. Krista called me, and processed the invoice over the phone on Visa.
