After deciding to replace a 23 year old furnace before winter I received a few quotes from other companies I decided to call Furnace King on a recommendation from my cousin that has dealt with them over the years. Furnace King made the whole process easy and was affordable compared to the other quotes I received. My wife and I met with their Salesmen, Sandip Banerjee who was awesome, he took the time to educate us on selecting the correct Furnace for our needs. Sandip is a very professional and very organized person and presented us with the information to easily determine what our needs would be but most of all he was very honest about what we actually did need and did not need. This made the whole process very comfortable and easy.
Mike and John were Fantastic installers, they were on time and they were very clean and thorough with the install. They answered any questions I had regarding the install and future maintenance of the Furnace. They even took the time to explain the new Thermostat, I would definitely recommend Furnace King to others that are shopping for a Furnace and A/C and a worry free experience.
