Advanced Tree Care

Advanced Tree Care did an outstanding job at our home. We had lots of maintenance issues with our trees, cedars, and vines. We asked them to come and give us help. A rep arrived in a few days to assess our yard, made several recommendations, and scheduled the work to take place. The teams arrived and completed our job with fantastic results!

All in all, we were extremely happy with Advanced Tree Care and will be calling them again

Advanced Tree Care was very professional and punctual. After assessing what we were requesting to have done a quote came within the day. When Mike came out to our location and saw what had to be done, our main concern was our Green Ash tree, which he confirmed needed to be treated due to it being infested with the Emerald Ash Borer. He was quite honest and mentioned that the treatment may or may not work, we were aware of the risk but still proceeded as we do not want to loose the tree. He also did a fantastic pruning job on all our trees and didn`t leave any mess behind. I`d also like to thank Melissa from Advanced Tree Care, she was very professional, when I needed some information and called her she was available and answered my questions promptly. Thank you all very much at Advanced Tree Care Inc. for your professional and great service! Highly recommended.

What an AMAZING team. Right from the adorable young man that came to quote my poor tree, to the incredibly talented team that came to take it down. The level of service far exceeded what we had become accustomed to with our old Arborists. Well done gentlemen.

Kevin arrived on time to provide a quote, explained what would be done, and provided an approximate date on which the work would be completed. Melissa arranged the actual booking, and followed up several times as the date approached. The crew arrived as scheduled, were pleasant, efficient and neat, and obviously enjoyed their work and each other's company. A perfect experience all round.

Kevin and his crew were very professional, very friendly and very thorough. We have used them twice. The first time was to prune a mature Sunburst Moraine Locust which was growing too close to our neighbour's eaves and covering too much of our yard. They removed about 1/3rd of the tree and it looks much better. It also survived two subsequent ice storms with no breakage thanks to their pruning.
The second time was to remove a 50ft spruce that was crowding other trees, a 15ft pine that was about to fall over because of storm damage, and an overgrown juniper, including the stumps. They did the job in far less time than I thought it would take, and the clean up was excellent. There was no damage to neighbouring trees or the lawn. Their prices were very reasonable. I was expecting to pay much more.

Kevin and his crew did great work doing some general pruning for me and then were fantastic cleaning up ice storm damage in my backyard. They were prompt, the cost was completely reasonable and their clean up was fantastic. I have recommended them to all my friends.

I have used Kevin and his team on many occasions from tree removal to pruning from stump grinding to planting . They are always on time, get there work done in a timely fashion and never leave a mess behind. I would recommend Advanced Tree Care to anyone looking for a professional job and I will continue to use Kevin for all my future tree work along with all the knowledge for taking care of the trees on my property.. After the ice storm, a couple of trees in my dad's backyard had been affected. I called Advanced Tree Care and the service was excellent!! Melissa responded to my call promptly and set up everything for the pruning to occur. The scheduled day came and my father was impressed as was I with how quickly and efficiently the job was done! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I have used Advanced Tree Care at least four times in the last ten years. Initially, they pruned an overgrown tree in our backyard and stabilized several of its larger branches with supporting cables to prevent the branches from cracking away from the main trunk of the tree. I have had them back three times since then to remove tree branches damaged by wind or ice or to remove branches which were growing too close to cable or telephone wires. Each time I have contacted Advanced Tree Care, they have provided me with an estimate for the job and a day and time they will be there to do the job. Their employees show up on time, are always polite and courteous while on the job, and work quickly and safely to get the job done. Before they leave, they make sure the work has been completed to my satisfaction and leave the area clean and free of debris. I am very glad to have the expertise of the certified arborists and certified tree workers at Advanced Tree Care behind me, and would highly recommend them for all your tree care needs.
