I was renovating my house (built 1956 with most things still in the house from 1956) and needed a Furnance, Air Conditioner and Water tank. I was exteremly happy with the advice on the equipment and whether to go tankless or not. Couldnt have been more friendly and didnt mind that i didnt know what I wanted! Thanks for also hooking up my appliances. My wife says thanks too.

These guys are absolute clowns. Charged me a $350 deposit. First guy came and looked around and did no work, than I had to wait 5 days for them to return.Second guy came for an hour and fixed the problem. I have yet to see any of the difference in my $350 rebated on my credit card. Poor poor customer service and reliability I wish I had used someone else.

They sent 2 men at $125/hour each to fix a leaking mechanical joint on a dishwasher drain. A few days later it began to leak again. It should have been a $10 part and half an hour's work for one person. Had I known it was going to turn out this way, I would have saved myself all the trouble and repaired it myself. I have, since, closed my account with them.

Stay away from these guys.

$350 deposit, 20 mins service @ 200.00, after multi time contacts, finally I got the rest money back after half year. But they still did the work, so I am ok with them.

Discover a bursted hot water heating pipe in the afternoon of Dec 31. New years eve approaching and we need to get someone quick - availability and cost are the 2 criteria that need to be met. Baker Plumbing required payment in advance before they would come out, unusual but because of timing, urgency and cost - it was an acceptable risk. We found no issue with the work, however because the service call did not actually occur until the evening, they attempted to charge overtime though the arrangements were made earlier in the afternoon. We work through that issue. Long story short, after many phone calls and elapse time of 10 months, we have yet to receive a statement or bill (we receive something in an email but nothing that we have will open it up and we have lots of tools) and no refund in sight. Given the same predicament, I would not hesitate to call them again, but how often do you get a burst heating pipe on Dec 31.
