We recently used Visage Window to replace and relocate several windows for our home and replace our front and back entrances. They were very professionals and knowledgeable. Dimitry took the time and effort to ensure the project ran smoothly. He even involved a brick layer to ensure all the bricks around the windows looked perfect and lined up to the window. We are very happy with the service.

2 months ago, Visage replaced all the windows & doors in our 60 year old bungalow. A total of 14 windows, 2 entry & storm doors. We were extremely please with the results. Right from the 1st meeting through to the clean up, Visage did an excellent job. Workmanship was excellent, the installers were efficient, neat, and paid very good attention to details. We have had numerous compliments on the look of the windows and the difference they have made the the house.
Would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Replaced existing leaky windows on second floor. Everything went according to planned schedule and was finished on time. Work was done very professionally and a year in there is no leaks. Very happy and satisfied with the job! Would highly recommend and will personally use them again for my first floor project.

This company has changed all windows and doors at our house with fantastic job done. Employees were very punctual, provided outstanding quality service with good quality price and energy save windows. All employees were very knowledgeable and professional, especially Dimitri was very helpful and explained everything in detail and made sure that everything was changed in a timely manner. They also followed up after to make sure that we don't have any problems or issues. Outstanding service and would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Under no conditions should you even consider using Visage Windows!!! I first used Visage in 2011 and 2012 for 2 large windows and 1 front door. Their product and service were excellent under the guidance of Eugene (no longer at the company). My latest project- three standard sized windows- was a disaster. Dimitry, who took the contract, did not communicate with his new installer, that like our previous jobs in 2011 an 2012, we would be providing the extensions and trim for the windows. In trying to iron out the error with the installer I was dismissed and told to contact Dimitry. Despite my instructions and objections to the installer, temporary extensions were put in. The extensions were installed such that the screws keeping the extensions in place were from the outside, requiring the removal of the windows when it came time for the installation of the permanent extensions and trim! To add insult to injury, I was charged an additional 400$ for the work and told by Dimitry that the confusion was my fault.
Timeline- The contract for the windows was issued in July 2014, the windows installed in September and the problem for the extension and trim only addressed in November- 4 months of frustration. Dimitry would call the evening before or the day of to inform me that the installer would be coming and/or cancel the appointment. When I said that I could not accommodate a particular date or time for the installer to come back, Dimitry offered sarcastic remarks. With little exception, Dimitry did not return my phone calls, despite ending every phone call “I will call you back” and was exceptionally rude in his responses, including raising his voice. Dimitry is extremely unprofessional and his customer service skills are non-existent. I deeply regret that a company I trusted and recommended to others is no longer customer centered, but profit centered.

I used Visage Windows and doors to Install my front windows and basement windows. Only after a few years , all of my windows have be fogged up and become very discolored. I contacted Dimitry, the owner because these windows should be covered by the warranty, Mr. Dimitry became very upset and didn't want to talk and said that he can't remember me. When I informed him that I have the papers and this could help, he didn't want to listen. I tried contacting him several times but he'll not pick up the phone.The quality of his work and windows are very bad and think every customer thinking of installing windows with this company should think hard and twice because this company gives sub-standard product and doesn't honor its warranty . I have no other choice than to take this company to the Small Claims Court.We'll see what happens. I've given every opporunity to fix their sub-standard quality products and so far no one is interested.BEWARE!BEWARE! i told youso.

After consulting with many window companies, I have decided to go with Visage windows and Doors for the following reasons 1) professionalism 2) working for the customer.
Professionalism - at the time of sale Dimitri was courteous and timely. He did not pressure me to buy the windows from. Secondly, he keeps me informed in every stages of the process
Working for the customer: I had designed my windows outside of the common design; Dimitri took my design to window City and return with a sample drawing of how the design will look. I approved and he starting on it. Everyone in my neighborhood loves the designed.
Installers - they are professional and hardworking, they know their job well and they go the extra mile They get the job on time.
In conclusion I will not hesitate to recommend Dimitri (visage windows Doors) to you.

I replaced all windows with Visage Windows & Doors. After 4 years the seal on my huge front window failed. The glass was replaced at zero cost. Now my window looks like a new one. I am very happy with the service. They definitely RESPECT THE WARRANTY. I will HIGHLY recommend Visage Windows & Doors to anyone who is looking for this kind of projects.
