Window has been stuck for months
We had our windows done last summer (2014) and in less than 1 year one of the windows does not close properly. Normally that would not be a big issue since the workmanship has a 25 year warranty, but Dimitry refuses to call us back. We have been calling the office for months every week or so and no one is calling us back. If anyone at Visage reads this comment, please go through your voice mail and call back the customers who have left you voice mails asking you to honor your warranty which is clearly printed on the back of our bill which has been paid in full. If you have not deleted your messages, we expect to hear back from you soon.
