Great windows, terrible service
This company is great as long as all you want are the windows or doors. We have an issue with one of the windows installed and getting a hold of the company is a large task in itself. The company replies on a voicemail service to filter through calls.
If you call asking for a quote or are a new customer, you can expect a quick reply. If you call inquiring about a fix to an existing install, don't expect to hear back from them. A friend and I both have issues with a window from separate installations done by Visage and both of us cannot seem to get a call back no matter how many times we call or email.
My recommendation. Spend a little more and find another company. A warranty on products and service are only useful when the company that is supposed to honor it does not evade you with a voice mail service.
