Contracted to put in patio and pool, they sub contracted the pool work, since they knew nothing about pools and admitted such,.one corner of the pool protrudes above land because on digging they ran into an obstruction , rather than remove they moved the location of the pool hence the exposed corner. Constant issues with the quality of the work,
whatever made it easier for them they went with.A big issue is we were putting a hot tub on the patio they installed , they assurred us that they would put enough gravel so the base would remain level which it did not! We have complained within the 2 year warranty period but the refuse to correct it now we are left with court options since we have been quoted 5 K to correct the issue and pour a proper base. Do not use this company !

When we found an obstruction, we informed you of your options. We would have to charge you to remove it, or we can just change the layout of the pool at no extra cost. I am sorry you feel let down, but please understand these decisions are made with your input and within the confines of our mutual contract. Our apologies.
