Responsiveness and quality of service
This was my 2nd Minto home after I purchased one in 2016. Minto is the worse builder for dealing with any issues during the buying process and post delivery. There were all kinds of incomplete items when my home was delivered and many items are still incomplete.
My most frustration is with who to go to when you report any issues. Their customer service process is extremely messed up Mastercare doesn't respond to any calls or emails and onsite staff tell you to go to Mastercare. There are probably 2 or 3 people who run the Mastercare process but even those two people are doing this part-time (I was told by reception).
How can they get away with this poor level of service and cause so much agony to customers?? Who can we complaint to so that they take action and resolve our issues with decent time frames ??
If you want to save yourself headaches, dont buy a Minto home. They need to get their act straight before they deserve our business.
