Roof rain gutters

Mark gave me the quote, followed up without making us feel pressured. When we were ready his team came in and did a fantastic job. We paid only after the work was done and there was no upfront fee to start the work.

Thanks a lot for the great work.

Aditya
Glad we could get the new eaves up for you before the spring melt and rains.
So many companies ask for deposits(could be a worry for customers "Will they show up and when?")
To avoid worry we don't ask for any money up front as we are confident in a quick turnaround to do the work and confident in our workmanship so that the customer will be very satisfied when we are finished and then pay us. Thanks for the kind feedback. You were a pleasure to do business with.

Super efficient, Super accommodating and Super nice

Gladys accommodated me even though I had called in pretty late (Aurum ditched me multiple times past one month and eventually said they could not do it due to extreme cold ).

Carl came in a cleaned the eavestrough in 45 minutes and also shared some valuable feedback.

Truly appreciate the professionalism and eagerness of Gutterforce to make a customer happy.

Thank you team

Lots of good with a couple of hiccups

Marc helped with the initial quote that was done looking at my property on google maps rather than an in person visit which I thought initially would be fine but this turned out to not be a smart idea.

The work is fantastic but we had a few hiccups in translation between Gutterforce and I over the logistics of the work.

- it took three visits over a period of two weeks to finish the work
- part of the house wasn't quoted in the initial invoice which I did not pick up on
- A request for redirection into a specific drain for my front downspout was forgotten the first time the work was done
- A request to have the water in the rear dispersed into the garden on the second and third visit was not completed properly

The work is great, communication is strong and responsive but I strongly encourage you to meet with them in person so that you don't experience the hiccups I did with the work which I also take accountability for.

Cris, Thanks for your fair comments. We did not see the back eaves on the satellite image so it was not on the quote and only the front upper and lower clearly itemised. Especially on old houses its hard to see. We try to save time and driving around the city in congested traffic by using satellite technology to measure eaves. People get quotes within hours now instead of waiting for days.
The additional back lower eavestrough required major wood work before we could install new eavestroughs. It took time to reschedule a crew who were able to fix the wood work which is not our day to day trade.
We can make a mistake but we own up to it and fixed any issues. Thanks for choosing Gutter Force to professionally install your new eaves.

Eavestrough replacement

The upper level eavestrough was replaced and the new eavestrough had two downspouts installed, replacing the single downspout on the original eavestrough. This was done at Mark's recommendation.
Mark is very easy to deal with, friendly and professional and he gave us a quote much sooner than the other eavestrough specialists that we contacted. The installer, Vedge, did the job single handedly and was exceedingly helpful, performing a walkaround before and after the installation. He answered all of our questions with clear explanations.
All in all, a job well done and I have no reservation in highly recommending the team at Gutter Force.

Eavestrough and Downspout Replacement

Old eaves were sagging, leaking and not properly sloped. This was causing water damage to a flagstone patio that deteriorated pretty quickly. Needed to solve the drainage situation before tackling any other projects outside the home.

Based on the positive reviews Gutter Force had, I had them quote the job. In fairness, Mark was the first one on sight to quote the job, I had a little delay in getting the job started but Mark followed up, agreed to a price that was good and he had the job started the very next day, which was yesterday.

The technician we had was Veg, he worked quickly and quietly, I didn't hear much from him only to walk me through what he was going to do with the job and give me a status update. He had to come back this morning to finish hanging the eaves surround the garage where we have the flagstone patio draining and needed assistance from Mark.

All in all, really happy with the job, looks great and I had to chuckle because even the naked eye can see a very discernible slope in the eaves and he did a really nice job finishing off the downspout at the garage, which had been a spout and flexible tube prior and the spout and tube would constantly fall off the wall.

Really good job all told, as happy as I could be to invest the money in proper drainage, which my house definitely needs.

Dan
Your house is like a cool Treehouse perched on a hill in amongst the trees. Not an easy job for Vedge and we had to use cement anchors to mount the eaves flush on the garage as there was no wood fascia board.
Glad to hear you are happy with the job. Thanks for choosing Gutter Force to do the job professionaly.

Eavestroughs

Gutterforce did an excellent job installing new eavestroughs and downpipes with leaf guard on our house.
They were prompt and professional, taking great care to ensure proper alignment for best drainage.
After the work was completed they checked for stray screws/aluminum bits, and then took the time to show us the completed project and explain certain aspects.
We are very pleased with the work done by Gutterforce.

Scott, thanks for the positive feedback. Getting the slope right is the key, otherwise water just sits in the eaves or overflows.
Our staff like to explain what we are doing during the process to keep customers informed. They can learn a little more about Eavestroughs. Most people never think about them and they are such an important functional feature on the home to keep the foundation and basement from getting flooded.

Fix to fascia after heavy winds tear thru T.O.

A little shout out for a company called Gutter Force. A guy totally named it for sure, but trust me when I tell you these guys are great. They installed new eavestroughs, soffits, fascia and downspouts on our house 2 years ago and did a great job. This week when those heavy winds came through Toronto, they tore off some fascia at the front of our house. I called Mark at Gutter Force that morning and he sent someone that day. We came home to a fixed house. Nice feeling. I emailed him about the cost. He said: “It's covered under our ‘look after our customers’ in the fine print of the warranty.” Now that’s customer service.

soffit and fascia repair

The guys at Gutter Force are fantastic. I received damage to my soffit and fascia during a wind storm. I called Mark at Gutter Force and within a couple of hours I had a recommended fix and quote to do the work. They were there first thing the next morning and did a great job with the repair leaving my place clean and tidy. I would recommend these guys to everyone

Fast, efficient, quality job

We had aluminum gutters, headboards, gables, soffits and fascia replaced on an older home and garage.

The owner was extremely efficient at responding to my request for a quote and getting the job scheduled and finished within a week if you can believe that (probably because we got on this so early in the season). The work comes certified and his crew wasn't hanging around talking on their cell phones - they were working!

Professionally done and from talking with the owner and crew on site, they clearly knew what they were doing and the most efficient way to get it done - just 3.5 hours!!!

Will recommend to anyone.

At Gutter Force we don't like to waste time! We like to get at it with the right crew of 3-4 pro tradesmen so that our jobs move smoothly, neatly and quickly. For Soffit,Fascia and Eavestroughs our crew can be in and out on any average size home 2,500-3,500sq ft in one day. No mess and no fuss. After we are done the home looks like a new show home.
A Thanks for the endorsement.
