Jay Chen was like a partner throughout the whole thing; he would commit to a time and then meet it; his team was there everyday until it was finished; he is a perfectionist that takes pride in his work; Everyone comments about my kitchen and bathroom tiles - they are these big designer tiles that he created - so incredible!
