To whom it may concern,AQ Home Services an outstanding service provider. Their service standards are splendid, signs of which may be seen in every element of the service rendered by them. We procured their services on December 2nd 2011 and this is how it went: - We contacted them on November 29 to book an appointment - We received an appointment reminder on December 1st - Dial One contractors arrived on time - Their crew came in, used shoe covers, did not leave a mess and conducted a duct cleaning service rivaled only by clean room standards! We highly recommend this company. Dutnell & Family also i personally recommend it ... Every Thing was perfect.

Very dissatisfied with AQ Home Services. Was forced to reschedule my appointment three times for whatever reason. Upon them showing up I was harassed by their supervisor who seemed to care more about trying to convince me to clean my furnace than he seemed to care about cleaning my ducts. After repeatedly telling him no, he eventually wandered off to watch, yes WATCH, the other worker work. Prior to them leaving, he tried to convince me to clean the furnace AGAIN? Clearly only concerned with scamming money out of customers and not concerned with keeping them happy. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Three men came to clean my ducts and my furnace was working prior to them checking my furnance now next day furnace not working and i tried to contact company can"t only get answering service. They wanted to get paid with only cash or interact ,no visa and to also get paid before starting job. came an hour early i was at work. totally horrible service would not recommend this company A Q Home Services to anyone. i had to call different company to come fix my furnace more money to pay!

The cleaning was all right, though we paied $340 instead of $135, as they had promised over the phone. Another thing that their call centre is quite annoying. Though job was done good.

Last year I decided to have my duct cleaned, so I hired this company. They called me and offer me, what I thought was, a good deal. While I was alone at home 2 men came and start to do the job. I could not supervise them alone. While they were bringing their stuff into my house,they run in the basement said I needed a furnace cleaning as well . I agreed to do it,and it cost me almost $300 instead $100 . The job wasn't done properly,I found a lot of dust in the places they supposedly cleaned. At the end they wanted to be paid badly and they seemed rather nervous. I paid with visa and after I paid them I went to open the door for them so they could take their stuff out. I saw they broke my door to the garage!I was shocked, and asked what happend. They told me I was the one who broke my own door. This happened at the begining, that's why they were nervouse! They were thinking I will not see the damage. They left fast, without giving an invoice even. I had just a small receit from visa that could confirm I paid. On the recept all I had was an address that told me the owner was in Cambridge. I took my husband and went to find the owner and talk about the damage they did. We were shocked again. This business was in an old building of which we could not even read the name because it was in arabic. I was looking on the internet and I was in shock again. This company is a scam ,or the person who were in my house scamed the company. If you take a look at this site it looks very professional http://aqhomeservices.com/ . But my door remains unfixed,and unfortunately they are still in business. I just saw them today,in my neighbourhood.I definitely do NOT reccomend this company!

The company cold solicited by phone and changed the date and time several times. They had low customer service overall. No nametags, one in an AQ shirt, the other in street clothes. Talked on the phone during the service etc. Two guys began with "where is the best place to access your furnace, ma;am?" They did remove their shoes at the door, but I know that work standards for the proper equipment means that they should be wearing safety boots and not remove them but put down area protection. But there was a truck mounted system, so I gave it a chance. The technician ran his finger through surface dust in my basement and said he could tell I needed a furnace cleaning and air conditioner cleaning as well. I said that was not what I could afford today, nor what I had agreed to. I told them right off the bat that a cleaning should involve the handlers/exchangers and the vent system. I had a company to take care of the furnace and that my air conditioner was less than a month old and that if he was trying to upsell me without even turning the system off opening anything up, then I was concerned about this company's integrity and that perhaps he was trying to scam me. He then proceeded to cut a hole and hook up a large hose to the duct. with no warning at all, (No, may I or ma'am this time) The "duct cleaning" turned out to be a suctioning of my system and a spray nozzle with sanitizer (though I wouldn't know if it was sprayed with sanitizer or not-is it a liquid?)
My system was not turned off, only the basement duct was hooked up to a truck mounted vacuum. The spray wand was on a one inch diameter hose with a hard foot long metal nozzle and this was used in between the vents on my return air (yes, stuck through, not removed.) They are now bent. Then all the vent covers were lifted and this sprayer was used to blow down into each vent. This caused lines in the dust, and scratching and the edges are bent over, I am now worried about damage to my one year old system. They left with the agreed upon amount of 195.50 in cheque form, which at first was refused. They wanted a debit payment with a handheld unit. I explained that this was the payment I had, I did not have the money in my chequing account and I do not use credit cards, that I was using my line of credit. He continued to insist on a cash, debit or credit payment as people pay with cheques when they have no money to pay.. I explained that I am a teacher and it is a good cheque, the last thing I needed was to get in trouble legally, why would i make a bad cheque? I told him that they had never specified what payment type and that I had looked on the side of the truck and checked out their website and there was no information there either. They unhooked and left fast, without even an invoice given.
I would NOT reccomend this company!

Looks like they've hired new people as I had it done in the past with no problems.... just had my ducts done and I'm not impressed with the attitude of the people nor their service. Job was completed but after a secondary inspection by another company to confirm the job was done as it should be, I find many flaws in the execution. I also get the feeling they're not bondable as they claim to be on their website.

I was pleased to see that the two men who came took their shoes off upon entering our home. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning and sanitizing all of our supply and return air ducts at a reasonable cost. They were polite and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of job peformed on their home.
