So pleased with the response time! Michel listened to the problem and had a good idea that it would be a quick fix, fit in a look between jobs, and found he could repair same day. Where others weren't promising a look (let-alone a fix) for a week or two, The One Roofing had the problem solved within a couple of days and before the next rain! Great explanation of situation & repair needed; complete with pics from before and after.

We are extremely happy with the work done by "The One Roofing" company. Since this was a small job I was referred by another roofing firm to call Michel as they highly recommended him.We are so glad that they gave us Michel's name because the work was done on the day he said it would be done and the clean up was great. I will be in need for new shingles on my house in the next couplle of years and will be calling The One Roofing company for a quote for sure. Michel responded very quickly to my e-mail and was on-site within a few days. He quickly surveyed our whole roof and made some spot repairs. He gave us an assessment of the overall roof and a recommendation for a company to replace our roof down the road. Great experience overall and The One Roofing is highly recommended!

I called The One Roofing to help with an emergency leak in my kitchen ceiling. We were in the middle of a kitchen reno and the leak threatened to damage the new countertops that were just installed. Michel arrived within an hour, identified the source of the leak, and helped with a temporary fix, as he had prior committments that day. He was back the next day to install new shingles, and repair the area responsible for the leak. He followed up every rainy day for a couple of weeks to make sure the repair was sucessfull. And it was. I highly recommend The One Roofing!

Michel is a craftsman and a gentleman.

His work is meticulous. Not a nail is left on the ground at the end of each day. Michel explained all aspects of the work and why a hand-held hammer is better than a nail-gun. He patiently answered my questions.

Michel does a premium job at a very reasonable rate. Absolutely first class!
