They were very professional from the start and although I had a minor problem after the first rain storm the problem was fixed right away. Fabien handled the paper work and Andrew and Graham did the work. Pro-Fence and Decks are a superb company to deal with. Starting from Jorge Sr and Jr, this firm and staff are very professional, polite and caring and we are so happy that we went with them. They installed a PVC fence on our property which was replacing a cedar fence. They took it down and carted it away. The installation of the PVC fence and the cleanup was outstanding and I would recommend Pro-Fence and Decks to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy and professional firm. There are many firms in the Ottawa area that could learn a lot from how Pro-Fence and Decks operate not only in the contract negotiations, installation, but in customer service. We are extremely happy with the work done by "The One Roofing" company. Since this was a small job I was referred by another roofing firm to call Michel as they highly recommended him.We are so glad that they gave us Michel's name because the work was done on the day he said it would be done and the clean up was great. I will be in need for new shingles on my house in the next couplle of years and will be calling The One Roofing company for a quote for sure.
