Michel turned up as promised; easy to talk to; an honest man; he climbed up on the roof, came up with an assessment with a very reasonable price; and then, once he got the go-ahead, did what he did and took pains to describe what the situation was and what he did to address it. A decent, competent man. There is so much dishonesty and incompetence out there that it is almost uplifting to come across people like Michel.
