I booked an appointment and gave them my credit card information. I got no notification of when they were coming - they just showed up randomly one day and repaired the gutters (and left the broken gutters behind for me to clean up).
But for some reason they never charged my card. A month after the service they called requesting payment by check or email. That week my son was born and I totally forgot to send payment. Rather than a final reminder - I got a nasty letter from a collection agency demanding payment. I paid right away of course, but I can't figure out why they wouldn't have just called me before sending a collection agency after me. Instead they went straight to threatening my credit.
Also wish they'd told me I'd have to dispose of the busted gutters on my own in a hatchback.
Strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are many companies doing this kind of work that are run much better.

This is an inaccurate review. We have never accepted credit cards or obtained credit card information from any customer. He would have been refused if he had offered it. We only cleaned this customer's gutters and re-attached a downspout. How would there be broken gutters left behind? The work was completed professionally April 29 and an invoice was left at the residence. We talked with the customer on the phone a month later on May 29 asking for payment. There was no complaint about the quality of work. The customer said he would send payment by e-transfer "in the next few days". He did not pay. On September 11 we sent him to our collection agency because he had not paid for many months. We are sorry the collection agency was a bit harsh, but their job is to collect from people who avoid paying bills. It is interesting how this customer has also made the same complaint on www.yellowpages.ca under a fake name of MickMcGeough.
