After trying unsuccessfully to put together my home theatre following new floor installation, I called Mike who said he could fit us in the very next day and quoted me a very reasonable price. Mike called before arriving and said he would get my system up and running the way he would do it for his own home. This comment meant a lot and Mike gained my trust immediately. In further conversation, Mike stressed how important customer satisfaction was to him and he certainly demonstrated this as he did everything to ensure that my system was working exactly the way I wanted it to. I will definitely call on Mike again in the future and I unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work at a reasonable price done by a genuinely nice person.
