I booked an appointment online. Louis, the repair person, phoned me the day of the appointment to let me know that he can come by early. He was professional and fixed the ice maker on the spot as he had the replacement part in his van.
He diagnosed the oven panel issue and gave me the estimate for the part and labor. He also suggested that I contact Kitchenaid to see if the part could be covered under warranty. And it was. Fortunately, I was able to fix the oven myself.
Great company to deal with. I even spoke to Terry (owner) and he was very nice over the phone. I highly recommend this company.
