The company was quick to respond to our request and came out the next day. They accurately knew what to fix on our dishwasher based on our description alone, and were able to give us a price estimate before coming out.
The tech was professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. He also showed up at the early end of the time estimate. Our dishwasher is now working great and saved us from buying a new one.
