An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My move was unlike many others as I have three unusually large items that require the use of a hoist to remove from the house.
After being referred by a co-worker who was very pleased with the move RoadRunners had completed for them, I spoke with Paul about our move and after a visit to our home, he explained in detail what was required. On move day the team arrived on time and got to work immediately. Paul began prepping the three large items for hoisting while the rest of the team moved items into the truck at a brisk pace.
