Excellent in all ways - great team, no worries, great job and great follow-up to complete project in a timely manner!

Technician came in and was very rude and didn’t speak english very well. Asked him to call me 30 minutes before he finished, said he understood, but never did. Didn’t clean up after himself, so I had to call them back. When he left, he made a racist remark.

I want to personally thank the craftsman that installed our hardwood flooring. Workmanship was excellent. A very professional job. I strongly recommend Metrotown Flooring to everyone. A job well done guys.

So professional, very nice people. Took very good care while installing in our house. Cleaned up after themselves and were prompt :) Highly recommend! I have sent their name to my mom who is re doing her carpets next!

I am currently in the process of refinishing my basement and setting it up as a rental property. I walked into Metrotown flooring with some pictures of the types of flooring I was interested in. The sales rep walked me through their showroom and helped me pick out something that would work for me. I didn't end up using their delivery or installation services since he told me that it was fairly easy to install myself if I had the right tools.

Amazing Service! Amazing quality! Very trust-able and reliable workers! Byron was an exquisite Project Manager and handled entire project very well. The house was re-painted, the restroom was re-made. All the windows and doors have been replaced. Also, some floors have been replaced as well in less than 2 weeks and it was absolutely magnificent when it was completed. Unlike other companies, they stick with us and check on us how everything was, we had no issues since the renovation! Thank you guys! It's highly recommended!

My association with Metrotown flooring centre was most comfortable from beginning to end of project. They were honest, respectful of your home, informative, willing to help wherever possible with choices and decisions . I felt I could work with them comfortably and they were always reliable re scheduling and easy to contact through the project (which is not often the usual offered and very important)I am confident in their knowledge of the products and services they offer and they are very patient!I am very happy with the finished project .

We recently had solid hardwood flooring installed in main floor of ou new house in Burnaby thru Metrotown Flooring Centre. They had a wide selection of hardwood floors at different prices. Al, the co-owner was very knowledgeable and helpful without applying pressure. They delivered as promised on everything from estimates to installation, which was completly professionally. We are happy with the work they did, would have no doubt to use them again for our future project (which is basement renovation:))

I looked at around 5 flooring contractors. Pricing was in the middle range. But Byron came around and provided clear and reasonable estimates, he also delivered on time as promised. This is very important for me: somebody who tells me what they will do, makes the promise and then fulfills the promise.

We are planning on re-carpeting our downstairs rec room and we are planning on hiring Byron again.
