The Move Man

Professional from beginning to end. Ian really took the time to understand our move needs. Moved items into storage and to a thrift store in our home area. He was able to accommodate a smaller move and worked with us to meet a tough timeline. The crew of Jesse and Kevill were friendly, professional and efficient. The guys really took the time to protect my home, and my walls. The communicated with me during the entire move process. They made a potentially stressful experience a very positive one. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends. A job well done!

I use the move man for delivering finishing materials (tile,plumbing fixtures,lighting fixtures etc..) to my sites. Their service and professionalism is second to none. They have become an asset to my team and look forward to a long working relationship with these amazing guys.

I lucked out. The Move Man doesn't work Sunday but made an exception for me. I got an early closing on the 1 bedroom condo on Commercial Drive. I called Ian at The Move Man Saturday afternoon and he heard how excited I was to move into my new purchase. Ian said they don't usually work on Sundays but he would take care of me. Well that's exactly what they did. Ian and Jesse, Keville and Paul were exceptional. They moved everything with such care. They even felted all my furniture to protect my new floors. Today The Move Man bailed me out. The original company I hired didn't show up this morning. I called Ian after a friend on Homestars told me about them. Lucky for me Ian answered the phone at 7am. The other company was to start at 6:30 AM because of time restrictions I had. I just live down the street from The Move Man I found out. Ian told me they would squeeze me in before their afternoon job. They arrived at 7;30am and just finished 30 mins ago. They were unreal. Fast, careful, uniformed. Office moves are usually insanely stressful. The Move Man staff brought boxes early, 2 trucks by 8am on move day, broke down all our furniture, and made it all simple. They were done by 3pm.

I could not possibly recommend their service any higher.

I import containers of mid century modern furniture and sell to stores in the lower mainland. Each time one arrives I have Ian and The Move Man team unload, inspect and deliver sold orders to designers and public clients. I own several furnished suites and end up with damge or broken furniture. I spoke with Ian at The Move Man and he said he could help. The Boys arrived promptly, clean and unitormed. The guys from Move MAN showed up 10 minutes early (Bonus points already). They were polite, personable and got to work straight away navigating through the maze of the apartment. Those boys didn't stop moving, running each load through the pouring rain.

I would recommend their services to anyone - you get what you pay for.

The Move Man came, packed up all of my stuff carefully into their trucks, picked up more stuff from a second location, packed it carefully into their trucks again, all with a smile, then unloaded at our new residence.
They were prompt, clean, careful and did a great job making sure everything ended up just where it should be.
Moving is never fun, but The Move Man made it a pleasant painless experience.

Over the years, I have done many overseas and local moves. The Move Man IS the best company service I have ever experienced. The staff was polite and on time. They were efficient and asked what needed to be uploaded first and last (ex: storage unit goods). They even had another truck waiting on stand by just in case it was needed (it was not). They helped me set up my daughter's bed and even swept the floor to make sure the floor was clean! Before they left, they asked if I was satisfied with their service. All I can say is WOW! I am deeply impressed.
