Phil came to my house to provide a quote for a crack foundation on my house in Richmond. He quote me $7000. Guy was very polite and courteous at the time. I agreed and asked him to proceed. Job took about two days to complete. Invoice came by email and the amount was $2500 over the quote. I call to asked him why the amount was so much and that's why all the swear words started flying out of this guy's mouth. He was swearing like a trooper. Thought I could have a reasonable discussion but he just went on swearing at me like there is no tomorrow. Although he did his job, I do not think I will recommend him to anyone unless you enjoy taking insults from this guy.

The reason I ask you to provide this document because there are other companies/competitors providing similar services and using somewhat similar name to my company name, and perhaps you are trying to reach another company in this matter?
I would like to assure you that I warrantied the work I completed and I consider customer dissatisfaction seriously.I also noticed that you are located in Toronto, ON while I am in BC.
