Taylor was the Orsan representative that completed the work. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Taylor was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and informative about issues with my ductwork/system. He provided some excellent advice on how to address some of the issues without any sales pressure.
Orsan actually cleans the heat register ducts by sending a brush down the duct - unlike some other duct cleaners that only vacuum the heat register vents near the outlet (which I do on a weekly basis).
I would highly recommend their service.
