The guy's came early which was fine. Seemed to do a pretty good job as I was watching and asking questions. After they left I noticed my puppy chewing something and it was a screw that was left on my kitchen floor could have been serious. They left a mess of dust under my computer mat and had deodorizing spray all over my TV and stand. The left 2 vent covers behind. My cold air return was still full of dirt and dust, this was noticed 2 days later when I had my new furnace installed, makes me wonder if they got the crap out of the rest of my ducts. Seemed pricey for a 1 hour job. I emailed Frank told him what happened and received no response probably because he got my money and doesn't really care that I had to clean up their mess and get the screw out of my puppies mouth. Will not use again.
