From the start Fixer on The Roof was prompt and professional. Arthur is very knowledgeable when it came to talking about roof systems. He explained the ones that made the most sense in my application and the ones that clearly would not work. I did have different options on which roof type to choose from and I liked that. I was not pushed into one particular product or roof application. This made it easy for me to decide what type worked for me and the property.
Arthur did the work in a timely manner and around a difficult schedule. This way he was sure not to disturb any of the business. Overall my experience was a pleasant one. I will definitely use this company again when I need a re-roof or maintenance.

Thank you for the review. We often have to swap out the incorrect roof sytem for the correct one. Having shingles on a roof that needed a flat roof membrane is quite typical sadly. I am glad we were able to help and get you the system you needed to stop that leak!
