I purchased my first home 4 years ago. It was a spec home from Homes by Avi. The home looked nice but there are designs that made you scratch your head. For example, in my particular home, there is a 'fake' balcony with no doors accessing to it. You can only access through the window. There are similar designs in the neighbourhood that come with door to balcony. I don't know why they didn't put one in.

Also, there are some blemishes on the counter of the fireplace, which despite trying to fix it up TWICE, it still wasn't done properly. I just gave up in the end as it wasn't worthwhile going after it.
