after a few days of discussion with the sale center, we finally reached the agreement. the sale center explained the contract to me through the phone patently, i finally understand the contract.

Approximate cost of services:
$857,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

The sale center is such a fraud

Builders review in Calgary

the sales manager mentioned that she will apply for discount if we are not using realtor, however, there was not additional discount applied (total 5000 discount for 850,000 house).

also the counter offer i got from the builder mentioned that all revisions are subject to acceptance, if i submit another counter, i will be subjected to $500 charge. this was NOT explained during the meeting with the sales manager.

the sales manager should have explain the process better, i do not feel it is a fare agreement.
