HONES BY AVI has a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The mistakes they've made in our home are numerous and what's worse is that they comes up with excuses and find a way not to fix it.
1. Stove not even installed into the breaker.
2. Microwave heat exhaust vent TAPED to the microwave instead of installed
3. Exposed nails sticking out from under kitchen and all bathroom cabinets. In which I scraped my foot on and my cat nearly impaled his head.
4. Nook light wrong direction and nailed right into the drywall and not anchored to anything. By day 2 it was bending when I noticed it. Could have fallen on us!
5. Nook light not in the right position to begin with! No space to walk between our dining chairs and island barstools but tons of space behind the table.
6. Giant sink hole next to the house
7. Nail holes in roof shingles
Homes by avi response to the exposed nails was "well don't put your foot there". Their response the the nail holes in our shingles was "well can you see it?"
Giant sink hole? Oh well we will drop off some dirt and you guys can pack it in.
I didn't expect our house to be perfect. I understood there wold be some human error but homes by avi is completely unprofessional and don't want to fix any of their mistakes.
I would NEVER recommend this company to even my enemies.
