Double Diamond Duct Cleaning

I am so incredibly happy with the service that was provided by Jason and Mike from Double Diamond. I got all my air ducts, dryer and furnace cleaned. What great guys!! They answered my questions and educated me on things I didn't know. This company is honest, reliable and has no hidden costs/fees. If I could give them a 10++++++++++++ rating I would because this company deserves it. I will also be posting their business card on my Facebook Group.

Our home is a new-built, 1 year old, and a cleaning was necessary because the builder did a bit and more construction had been happening around us. My wife always woke up with stuffed nose, and it was not due to seasonal allergies but mostly dust. Cleaning dust around the house is not as beneficial if the duct are dirty and full of it. My wife felt a significant difference on the first few days after the service. On top of that, the father and son team showed up on time, explained what will happen. The work has been done as little intrusive as possible, I worked from home, it didn't bother me much. There occasional suction hums and air blow noises when vents are cleaned. Dust might hit the smoke alarm and set it off, be mindful of these if you have pets. The pricing was very competitive to other companies, no hidden fees, I paid what I expected as per our pre-service phone conversation. Thanks a lot, hope this helps!

Mike and his assistant were professionals from the get go. The price quoted for the job was appropriate and affordable, unlike the many other quotes I had received. They showed up on time, took before and after pictures of the air ducts and left the home just as clean as they had found it. We met with Double Diamond at the Whitby home show and explained what we were told from another service that they would need to put a hole in the bulkhead of our recently finished basement. We said no.
