We had Rema help us design a new kitchen over the course of several months. She was amazing and very patient with us as we kept changing this, adjusting that. She helped us with all the cabinet shapes, colours, size, models; everything. She is amazing at making you feel the dream. Then we ordered the cabinets. We loved the fact that they were built here in Canada. They were delivered on time. then Andy came in to install the cabinets. Wow, it was so impressive to watch him do this. He walked us through each day, told us he would have it done in two and a half days, by himself. He is a true master of the craft! Once the cabinets were installed, we had to be wait 10 days for the granite counter top. This we were not expecting. We understood that we had to wait, but the timeframe that we understood was 4 or 5 days. We were dealing with Matt. Somehow, Matt seemed to let the service ball roll away from the quality that we had been experiencing with the company. He didn't return emails or phone calls. He would book a time to come in a do some work and show up late. But when the date came to install the top, they did look beautiful. Rob then came in to do finishing touches and finalize all the details. Overall the experience of a kitchen renovation was not as bad as I thought it could have been. The most difficult part was living without a kitchen for three weeks. Peanuts for the beautiful masterpiece we have now. Thank you so much Rema, we both really love the new design.
