I purchased a swim spa from World of Spas last summer and we are enjoying it with the whole family. There was a small leak (which is not totally unexpected), but it was promptly taken care of under warranty.
Just one piece of advice - if you build a deck around your hot tub, make sure to leave enough space to access the pumps and jets, or make removable deck sections.

My brand new Dynasty swim spa leaks right after installation, which is unpleasant, but not totally outrageous. Things happen and it’s fine as long as it’s dealt with timely. I am dealing with the service guy now, will see how it goes.. The owner Brent has gone out of the way to help, which is what expected with this kind of product. I will happily update my review once the leak is removed.
Otherwise the swim spa is quite nice and we are enjoying it with the whole family!

Bad Buy - Dynasty Swim Spa

My brand new Dynasty swim spa leaks in 3 spots right after installation. It is unpleasant, but not unexpected, it happens and it’s fine as long as it’s dealt with.
For repair they send you to Dynasty rep in Red Deer. They pass on your contact details to another contractor who they is supposed to call you to schedule an inspection.
I am dealing with the service guy now, will see how it goes..
