What struck us the most is the exceptional level of customer service that we received from the first visit and initial questions to delivery of our hot tub. Every person that we spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help us. After we received our tub, we went back with a few questions and not only were they all answered, we are encouraged to come back anytime with any questions we have! We are so impressed with the service and quality of products we purchased a massage chair on the spot! Dynasty Spas offers superior products and exceptional customer service.
