Dynasty Oceana Neptune
Had my Dynasty Spa delivered July 8th and have had nothing but problems with the spa. I should have expected this as the whole buying experience from World of Spas was not a pleasant experience.
When I first went looking I told them I had a limit space for the tub. They were able to put me into a Dynasty Neptune Oceana series. I went home to check the area I was planning on placing the hot tub to confirm I had the right size. The good news was that it was going to fit. Bad news was it was going to be to close to the property line for permits. As a company you should be able to walk away from a purchase but to them no refunds. Buyer beware and make sure you are aware of all the bylaws in your area before buying from Dynasty Spas/ World of Spas. They will not let you know about this as there only concern is the sale not the customer.
Well the day arrived for my hot tub to be delivered. The delivery was probably the best experience with this purchase.
I Followed the instruction booklet, which needs work, on set up and use of the hot tub. Codes for the Bluetooth are not included, a listing of error codes is not sufficient.
The information contained in the chemical start up book is incomplete and it does not provide you with all the chemicals you need to start up and maintain your hot tub. From what I learned from RNR hot tubs they are providing chemicals that mask problems but do not correct the problems. The start up kit does not include the chemical to burn off the "used" chlorine. I ended up taking the chemical course to understand what I need to do to maintain and use my hot tub without issues. This course was a great addition to ensure my hot tub will last for a long period of time.
Issue #1
The problems started almost immediately with the hot tub. The LED lighting works 1/2 the time. If you have the waterfall features on 1/2 the lights won't work. They have been here once to fix the lights, fixed it and now I am experience the same issue.
Issue #2
You will be enjoying the hot tub and the pumps, lights and radio shuts off. I have had many discussions with Dynasty Falls to explain the problem. They were blaming incompetence on my part that I didn't know that the pumps would shut off after 15 min. I kept explaining that I know pumps will shut off but the lights and radio should not. Then they blamed the breaker, the breaker is not tripping. All I have to do is go back to the top side and restart the pumps, lights and radio. I was finally passed to the manufacturer who says they have never heard of this problem so I am waiting to have the digital top side replaced.

The digital top side is absolutely awful. It is of poor design and quality and try to use it when you are in the tub is a joke. Even with a towel next to it, the controls are impossible to use. Do not waste your money on this

The waterfalls are a complete joke. The water does not come out far and does nothing for aesthetics on this tub. Do not waste your money on them.

Customer service. You will always have to chase this company to get answers. When you do not get replies go to social media and post a negative review. They will call you immediately and try to work through the problems and then ask you to take the review down.

Sales people don't listen. When I was looking at the tub, I specifically told them about the sizing and what I didn't realize was I could get a different top which opened in a different t direction, one that would have been beneficial to me. I had to ordered the reverse split top as my spacing was tight and this top will allow me to use the hydraulic lifter. If the sales person would have listened to me he could have sold me on the reverse split cover at that point rather than after the fact.

If you buy the extended warranty make sure you tell them every time you buy accessories and chemical as they will not give you the 15% discount as discussed.

I have to add water about every two weeks. Still trying to find out why this is. I am not seeing any leaks but am not sure why I go through that much water.
If you can get by all the issues and if they can resolve all my issues I think I will enjoy the tub. It's supposed to be a relaxing purchase and getting into this Dynasty Tub causes me nothing but stress.
