Dynasty is going to resolve our issue and we would very much

Disappointing Customer Service
We recently purchased a part through Dynasty that does not work with our hot tub. This is the replacement part that they recommended and when the first part did not work, they ordered the second one. Well the second one does not work and dynasty will not reimburse us for the part. Even one of their service people felt that this was not the right part. We get that this is an electrical part but this is the replacement part that they said was the right one and ordered. Be very wary of ordering replacement parts and paying up front with Dynasty. They also like to pass the buck to the Red Deer Store from the Calgary Store. They are also recommending a service person to come out which will cost even more. They are not willing to reimburse and resolve this situation.
