We purchased a new hot tub - the sales part was great, gave us exactly what we were looking for. The tub was delivered on a Thursday, got it set up and was working great. Went away for the weekend and it was no longer working - except for the radio. Called the store Tuesday - they said it may be the glass fuse, went to the store and got a fuse - still didn't work. called the 1-866 service number that same day - was told parts were 6 weeks away. I offered to pay shipping cost to get here sooner. The girl (Samantha) said she would look into it and call back. 5 days later I hadn't heard from anyone so I called again. I had to re-explain everything, to the same person. She told me that the parts are in town but they can't send a tech and that it may be a different part anyway. I asked to have a tech come and confirm what was wrong, I was denied. called the store, complained about the service/lack of, was told "I just work here"
