We purchased a vintage 1950's bungalow in the SW and hired Corefront to transform our very dated house into something modern and beautiful . The scope of work involved completely redesigning the the basement and main floor. Corefront stripped the house right down to the studs, which included adding engineered trusses to allow us the freedom to totally reconfigure the our floor plan which included an open concept kitchen/living area, removing a bedroom and creating a large master ensuite that includes a double shower, and large walk in closet. The basement was also completely reconfigured by moving the utility area from the middle of the basement to one side to facilitate a more open usable space in which we added a bar, games, room and TV area. All electrical, pluming, insolation and drywall were replaced. With the exception of the exterior walls, we essentially have a new house built to current code.
This was a large Reno requiring significant planning and execution by Corefront. I was very impressed not only by the service and professionalism displayed by Corefront and their trades, but also very impressed by their process and how they prioritized pre-construction planning. Corefront appeared to have excellent long standing relationships with all trades and suppliers involved in our project. I believe along with the extensive planning and design directed by Corefront that the trade and supplier relationships were crucial to the smooth execution of our project.
We are thrilled with the end result of our project and the service provided. I would highly recommend Corefront to anyone looking to renovate!!
