The furnace in our new home had left us without heat for two consecutive seasons. Our builder had been dealing with an undesirable heating & cooling company and to maintain his own reputation our builder (Skywell Homes) called in the professionals to do diagnostics to get an opinion of whether the furnace should be repaired again or replaced. Clyde Reid showed up at our door the next day, on time and ready to do his assessment. In the end, the builder generously replaced our furnace, but Harding Heating was extremely professional, on time for the scheduled work, cleaned up after themselves and were well able to answer all of our questions. They generously guarantee their work as well. I would highly recommend Harding Heating for your heating or a/c needs.

I had this company booked to come in and do a check and servicing of both my furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, courteous, efficient and did not overcharge me or find things to make extra money on. They answered all of my husband's questions and did not mind him watching.

I would always hear a clicking noise when I turned on my heater and hot water and called them to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The repairman showed up on time and asked me to not use the water while he was working.
I acknowledged him and continued to play my video game. The game I was playing had me on a ship and the repairman heard it from my basement as I was working and yelled to PLEASE NOT USE THE WATER!! I told him it was from a video game and I wasn't using the water.
He then said he would need someone to come back because a piece was broken and needed to have it ordered and installed. He never explained what the part did or give me any information other than that. He didn't even apologize for yelling from downstairs.
The next repairman was a lot better though. He somewhat explained the issue and replaced the broken part. The clicking stopped, but I am a bit cautious to call them for any of my other HVAC needs if I had any.

Harding's technician diagnosed a broken fan motor; then proceeded to indicate $770 for the motor plus $480 for new blades plus $250 for replacement capacitor for fan motor (part of electrical circuit that controls the fan motor). I indicated shock at the prices, paid for the diagnostic service and told him "I'm calling someone else to compare".
Bought a replacement fan motor for $120 (at MotorTek), they included a capacitor ($5) and put the existing fan blades on the new motor for me as part of the service. I installed it back in the compressor myself. Total time invested to remove, source, pick-up and install parts-4 hrs, 2 of which was spent picking up parts.
Harding (and other HVAC Co's) price their services to convince you to completely replace vs repair. BEWARE!

Approachable and no nonsense saleswomen - good pricing, with extra information given - no pulling teeth!
Installation was done on schedule, in a day, and with full clean up. A month later I had some concerns and they returned in a very timely manner to assist with questions I had. Couldn't have asked for better service! I'm so glad I had 4 estimates, and even happier they made the biggest impression and lived up to it.
