Had Trail install an over the range microwave, installer accidentally scratched it, reported to install co. and Trail, they said no not us, it happened after install. Hmmm , was fine when we took out of the box and house is not occupied, guess a ghost must have done this, Trail says no problem, we can fix for 477.00 ( we only paid 450 when we bought it along with $5000.00 in appliances ) Happy to say my son dropped his order for 6 appliances due to this poooooorrrr service and response, and my neighbor went elsewhere to buy. I am sure Trail will fabricate another story but it wont help, facts are facts and fact is we did not scratch
anything.
Thanks Trail, we reported next day on the installers web site with no results, so we emailed them directly after waiting , How can you prove time and date when they took photos, like I said it came out of box fine then when they left it had a scratch

Thank you for reaching out to us. We delivered your appliances on October 15, 2020 with no damages reported by our delivery team or yourself. On December 10, 2020 you arranged and paid for installation of the OTR for December 17, 2020. The installers arrived at your home and prior to install inspected the OTR and no damage was noted. As per our protocol we inspect the site and product for damages and take pictures before and after to show the completed install – no damage was reported or apparent in the picture taken by the installer at completion. December 22, 2020 you reported to us that you believe there are scratches on your OTR from the installer. We are unable to provide you a replacement OTR but would consider helping with an at cost replacement door as you are a valued customer.
