I ordered all of my appliances from Trail. At the time I ordered, I paid half of the cost. Within 2 weeks of delivery, they said that I had to pay the balance, or they wouldn't deliver. When they did deliver, several things were missing. When I inquired, they told me these things were on back order. No mention of this was made when they demanded the balance. It took over 2 weeks to have the remaining appliances delivered and installed, as you are warned that , if you don't use a 'certified installer', your warranty will be void. Wolf had to send out a service person because the installer failed to do it correctly! When I complained to my salesperson, I was treated with disrespect and disdain. This is a company that does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction AT ALL. Run, don't walk to a different appliance store.
