Endless Problems, horrible customer service
When I purchased my new home in 2013 I swore I would never use Trail again due to their awful customer service. Ridiculously poor communication. Our washer was hooked up wrong so we suffered a flood on our first day of using it. A few months later the handle on our over the range microwave fell off. Took weeks and weeks of fighting to try and get a hold of trail and book an appointment.
Here I am again with a new condo and am forced to deal with Trail again for all of my appliances. First they bring the wrong dishwasher. Then it shows up scratched. It also won't dry properly. After waiting forever to get contacted (by two different people) who I had to re-explain everything to, to make an appointment, they finally show up and have ordered the wrong part so will need to return. Big surprise. Instead of ordering a new handle that was scratched, they brought a front panel. Nothing complicated. Then they say re: the drying issue, there is a rinse aid plug that was closed (why wouldn't they have ensured this was open when we installed it, and why weren't we offered this solution over the phone?) So now we have to rebook for them to come back again, obviously during the week so we have to take time off work. Thanks for proving everyone I know right Trail, you guys suck.
