Dreadful experience with Trail Appliances
Trail sold us a defective dishwasher that never worked from the day it was installed. They don't take responsibility for selling defective appliances. and try to say the issue is between the customer and the brand company, even though we phoned the day after it was installed to report the problem. We are trying to get our $ back, including the amount we paid for installation. We have spent hours on this, being sent from one phone number to another. Today the store manager refused to commit to reimbursing the total amount, refused to try to find a mutually agreeable time to pick the defective product up (otherwise we have to take time off work), then hung up on us. I'd advise anyone else shopping for appliances to save themselves a giant headache and go elsewhere.
