Steer clear. These guys took a 30% deposit for the work in Oct, I was told that it was 4-5 days worth of work and it would be completed before the winter. I had to make several calls and emails for the guys to show up and get the work going. They came in Nov and removed caulking and did a poor job mismatching colours for flagstone repair. They did not return for a few months to recaulk despite several calls to them about how i was worried about water damage from rain with having the caulking removed for such a long time. When the guys finally returned a couple of months later, they refused to match the colour for the caulking and put caulking on top of old caulking, something that never should be done as caulking won't stick to old caulking and the seal will come off. Sure enough a couple of days later, this caulking was coming off the house. I made several more calls to get them to do proper work and no one came. I had to recaulk the areas myself as I was concerned about rain damage. They patched some stucco and did not cover up the stucco while it dried even though it was raining the next days, something I have been told by other stucco repair companies will lead to the patches failing. I have contacted max several times about the problems that I've had with his crew and nothing has been done about it, I've been told for a few months that guys will be coming soon. It's now into March and I gave them the deposit in Oct. This is a million dollar house and the front looks terrible and they haven't fixed the problems that I hired them to do and instead created a lot of new problems. The work has been terrible quality, incomplete and I'll now have to get some decent people in to fix the poor work that they've done.
