I recently called Joe after hearing squirrels scratching and running between the drywall of my living room ceiling. Joe came out a couple of days later and checked the exterior of my house as well as the entire roof to see of there were any openings where the squirrels were getting in. After spending a lot of time inspecting the roof, it was simply by chance that he saw the red squirrel running along my neighbour's roof and crawling into the roof vent. It turns out that the squirrels were entering my home from my neighbours roof, and since it’s a townhouse, it entered my side of the house via the adjoining kitchen and soffit. Joe placed wire mesh on my vents to squirrel proof my home. My neighbour was unwilling to take preventative steps at the same time, so Joe had to return a few weeks later after the neighbour finally called so that he could place the one way door and mesh guards on thier roof vents.
I would definitely recommend this company for any pest issues you may have at your home. Joe even called a week after installing the wire mesh guards on my roof vents to find out if I still had the squirrel issues, and to find out if my neighbour had taken any preventative measures.

luckily the little squirrel zipped underneath that vent when we were watching. I was certain of a connection issue between the houses. Why they chose to go all the into my client's home is s mystery. Happily everything has been resolved. Thanks for the review.
