I called Joe at 8pm just after Boxing Day and he was at our house the next day. He went above and beyond by truly searching for the route mice were taking to get into our house (he looked inside and out, took photos, and explained to me how he could see evidence of mice beyond just droppings) and sealing up suspected entry points. He was calm, efficient and knowledgable. We had a similar problem about 3 years ago and called another company - they just came in and chucked poison blocks everywhere and pretty much just shrugged when I asked how they were getting in - and charged us way more! This is not the first time I've ever heard of companies out there that just shrugged when asked about potential entry points. As an exterminator it is, and will always be, my job to actively look for entry points on each and every service. looking actively for openings is important in many ways because it ends the cycle. Remember that mice leave trace chemical signals around their entry points which act like an invitation to other mice, almost attracting them into a structure. These signals need to be eliminated and holes closed or the mice will return. I'm so happy to be of help here and thank you for your business.
