Joe was very pleasant to deal with. He spotted several spots on the exterior of the house to patch up as they were potential entry points for mice.
He also found several spots on the interior to block off, and laid many baits throughout the house.

When my tenants called saying they still had a mouse, Joe came for a follow up to assess how the initial work had gone, and made some additional patches, and laid new traps to bring this issue to a close.
